Please note: this is a 100% Natural Food Supplement, but to ensure you get the most out of our products we recommend following this dosage suggestion:

• Take 1tsp of Original Black Seed Oil daily for 7 days, and then 1 tsp twice daily until the bottle is empty.
• Take 1tsp of Strong Black Seed Oil daily for 7 days, and then 1 tsp twice daily until the bottle is empty.
• Finally, progress to the Super-Strength oil (again taking 1 tsp daily for 7 days, and then 1 tsp twice daily).
• You can then increase or decrease the dosage as you see fit, but for most people 2tsp of Super-Strength Oil will be sufficient when taken as an everyday food supplement.
