Directions for use
We suggest taking 1 capsule daily, preferably with or after food. After 7 days you may increase the dosage to 2 capsules daily for a further 7 days. After the 14 day introduction period you can up the dosage to 2 capsules twice daily. For most people this dosage this will be more than sufficient, however you can increase the dosage further should you feel the need to.
Warnings
Always increase the dosage gradually. Do not take if pregnant. Do not take while breastfeeding.
