Directions for use
We suggest taking 1 capsule daily, preferably with or after food. After 7 days you may increase the dosage to 2 capsules daily for a further 7 days. After the 14 day introduction period you can up the dosage to 2 capsules twice daily. For most people this dosage this will be more than sufficient, however you can increase the dosage further should you feel the need to.
Warnings
Always increase the dosage gradually. Do not take if pregnant. Do not take while breastfeeding.

These capsules provide me with much more energy during training at the gym. I also seem to sleep very well since taking them. Not sure if the capsules cause this directly or if it is due to me working harder on the weights while training.

I was so very pleased to see the the Co had moved away from Halal produced capsules, which secured my decision to but from this supplier.
I’m now on my second order and have upped the strength from Standard to Strong and since using Black Seed Oil for the last 2 months I feel great and a physical benefit which I’ve already noticed is that my Psoriasis (which I’ve had since I was 10) has virtually disappeared… is that because of the Black Seed Oil, who knows?, I think it might.

These capsules really are strong as I only need to take 1 a day and they help hugely with bloating problems. If you are constantly bloated like I was I suggest you take 1 of these little gems every day. I noticed a difference in 24 hours from taking my first one!
