I have bought this organic black-seed oil for a while now as I think it is a great product and exactly what I was after, ie 100% pure, unfiltered oil from organic seeds together with the high content of VOC and Thymoquinone. The taste works for me, drizzled into my daily salad but have found that I can do a teaspoon on its own as I find it fairly mild. It might not work for you but it absolutely works for me.
