Please note: this is a 100% Natural Food Supplement, but to ensure you get the most out of our products we recommend following this dosage suggestion:
- Take 1tsp of Original Black Seed Oil daily for 7 days, and then 1 tsp twice daily until the bottle is empty.
- Take 1tsp of Strong Black Seed Oil daily for 7 days, and then 1 tsp twice daily until the bottle is empty.
- Finally, progress to the Super-Strength oil (again taking 1 tsp daily for 7 days, and then 1 tsp twice daily).
- You can then increase or decrease the dosage as you see fit, but for most people 2tsp of Super-Strength Oil will be sufficient when taken as an everyday food supplement.

Tastes fantastic – love the intense aroma that travels into the sinuses and hopefully crosses the blood-brain-barrier.

Rather surprised at the service received and also the product itself. I read many reviews which made be feel like the taste would be unbearable but I decided to take a chance on it – how bad could it be? Well I must say it wasn’t exactly tasty, but at the same time it is very tolerable and after just a few weeks of taking it I have noticed so many changes in my body – in particular with the gut problems that I have been facing for almost 2 years. Very happy with my choice of brand and product and I will continue to take it for the foreseeable.
