Directions for use
We suggest taking 1 capsule daily, preferably with or after food. After 7 days you may increase the dosage to 2 capsules daily for a further 7 days. After the 14 day introduction period you can either up the dosage to 2 capsules twice daily, or you can move over to our Strong Black Seed Oil Capsules, eventually followed by our Super-Strength Black Seed Oil Capsules.

i stumbled across these black seed capsules last year and followed the suggestions outlined by the black seed company. i noticed a change to my health within a matter of weeks of taking the original capsules and in due course proceeded to take the strong and then the super strength capsules, noticing further improvement each time. ive always been hesitant in taking supplements as much of which are placebo effects however after a recent trip to germany i forgot to take my capsules with me. within 3 days of not taking them many of my previous symptoms had returned. i resumed taking them upon my return 10 days later and immediately seen noticeable difference in my health and general wellbeing. i wouldnt usually write reviews but in this instances felt i needed to tell the whole world about this excellent product

Was told on 2 September I may have 2 -3 months to live, c*nc*r inoperable, cannot have r*diation therapy, almost untreatable, other than belt and braces Ch*mo ( which they refused at first saying I was too weak) Prepared to take any sensible route or alternative therapies to assist with symptons/ disease. Conventional NHA wisdom is no treatment until the end of the diagnostics phase, so ultrasound in April, Followed by CT scan in May, Endoscopy in June, MRI in July with three wait for results, then Biopsey in July which identified rare and fast growing C*rcinoma. Went from 7cm in April to 20cm in July. Had first visit with Onc*logist in August, which stated that I was so week (lost 31/2 stone of muscle) that ch*mo would kill me, and given a prognosis of 2-3 months.
