Please note: this is a 100% Natural Food Supplement, but to ensure you get the most out of our products we recommend following this dosage suggestion:
- Take 1tsp of Original Black Seed Oil daily for 7 days, and then 1 tsp twice daily until the bottle is empty.
- Take 1tsp of Strong Black Seed Oil daily for 7 days, and then 1 tsp twice daily until the bottle is empty.
- Finally, progress to the Super-Strength oil (again taking 1 tsp daily for 7 days, and then 1 tsp twice daily).
- You can then increase or decrease the dosage as you see fit, but for most people 2tsp of Super-Strength Oil will be sufficient when taken as an everyday food supplement.

This is a 100% pure, cold-pressed Nigella sativa (Black Seed) Oil — Naturally rich in essential fatty acids (including linoleic and oleic acid) and volatile compounds such as thymoquinone (TQ).
Our oils are 100% natural, unfiltered and unrefined because we prefer to keep things natural. Due to this, the exact nutritional composition can vary from batch to batch (and even between bottles).
THYMOQUINONE CONTENT
We carefully select and produce each batch to ensure that the most important active component — thymoquinone (TQ) — is always within a tight tolerance (±0.8%) of the advertised levels of each strength that we offer.
This ensures consistent strength and quality, while maintaining the integrity of a completely natural product.

I bought the starter pack so that I could work my way up through the different strengths of oil and so far, using the original oil for just over a week, my digestive system seems to have improved a reasonable amount, and hopefully any little nastiest within my gut have been expelled. If things continue as they have done, the results using the stronger oils will also be good. Time will tell.
