Pre-orders from Round 2 (order by 23:39 on Sun 7th April) will now mostly be despatched Monday 8th April, with the remainder being despatched Tuesday 9th April.

As you’re probably aware, due to manufacturing delays our Capsules have been out of stock for quite some time. We’re expecting substantial order numbers once restocked, resulting in longer processing times than usual.
We’re pleased to confirm that our Capsules are now in the process of being packaged for retail, and orders will open up from Mon 15th April – with despatch expected on or before week commencing Mon 22nd April. But you can get them sooner if you Pre-order…

From Tues 19th March we’re opening up our Pre-ordering system, allowing you to ‘skip the queue’ and get your Capsules much sooner (dates below).

PRE-ORDER INFO / HOW IT WORKS
There will be 2 separate rounds of Pre-ordering. The earlier you order, the sooner you’ll receive your products.
A limited quantity of Capsules have been assigned to each round — when they’re gone, they’re gone!
- ROUND 1 of Pre-ordering will open 14:00 on Tues 19th Mar — 23:59 on Sun 24th Mar*.
- ROUND 2 of Pre-ordering will open 00:01 on Mon 25th Mar — 23:59 on Sun 7th Apr*.
*or until stock runs out, whichever comes soonest.
WHEN WILL PRE-ORDERS BE DESPATCHED?
- If you Pre-order from ROUND 1, your order will be despatched on or before week commencing Mon 8th Apr.
- If you Pre-order from ROUND 2, your order will be despatched on or before week commencing Mon 15th Apr.
- Pre-order will be removed Mon 15th April and you can then order Capsules as usual, however, expect delays. Your order will likely not be despatched until week commencing Mon 22nd April.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN PRE-ORDERING
Due to the complex nature of our Pre-ordering system, together with us trying to keep things running as efficiently as possible, please note:
- You can purchase multiple quantities of the same product, but you cannot purchase different products in the same Pre-order.
- For example, you can purchase 50x Packets of Super-Strength Capsules in one order.
- However, you cannot for example, purchase 1x Packet of Super-Strength Capsules & 1x Packet of Strong capsules in the same order. Instead you would need to place 2 separate orders: one for 1x Packets of Super-Strength Capsules, and another order for 1x Packet of Strong capsules.
- If you place multiple orders, we’ll do our best to ship your orders together, but this is not guaranteed. We’ll prioritise whatever gets orders shipped more quickly.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can. The need for Pre-ordering will be removed from 00:01 on Mon 15th Apr – however we will still be prioritising the despatch of Pre-orders from Round 2 during that week (commencing Mon 15th Apr), so any non Pre-orders will likely not be despatched until week commencing Mon 22nd Apr.
Our advice: Pre-order, or be prepared to wait.
No. Under no circumstances can discounts be applied once an order has been placed. Please do not ask. If you make a boo-boo with your order we’d advise placing a new order and then once your boo-boo’d order arrives, reach out to us and request a Return. Alternatively you *may* be able to request a cancellation (see below).
Yes and no. The shipping method you select will not alter the despatch date – it will only affect how quickly your order arrives, after it has been despatched.
To secure your stock from Round 1 or Round 2 of Pre-ordering, payment will be taken in full at the time of placing the order.
We’ll do our best to combine multiple orders into a single shipment, but we will be prioritising whatever gets orders out of the door more quickly so this may not always be possible.
Orders cannot under any circumstances be changed once they have been placed. You can however request cancellation within 48hrs of placing the order. Drop us an email using our online form here.
You can cancel and request a refund within 48hrs of placing your order. To do so please follow the instructions in your confirmation email. After 48hrs have passed from the time of placing your order, it is no longer possible to cancel – you would need to wait until your order arrives and then request a Return in-line with our Returns Policy.
