Directions for use
We suggest taking 1 capsule daily, preferably with or after food. After 7 days you may increase the dosage to 2 capsules daily for a further 7 days. After the 14 day introduction period you can up the dosage to 2 capsules twice daily. For most people this dosage this will be more than sufficient, however you can increase the dosage further should you feel the need to.

I only received them 2 days ago and have been taking 2 a day, I must admit I couldn’t sleep at 1st as i kept getting pains in my stomach so I reduced it to 1 a day, im alot better and have noticed i am alert more, im normally very tired so that’s changed too, as its early days yet , I do wonder if it will help with my arthritis in my knees as i hate taking [prescribed drug name removed by Admin], a strong [prescribed drug name removed by Admin] that I rely on , I reduced my intake and took the black seed oil as a supplement, my body didnt agree as it was as thgh my body was going in a cold turkey phase! this is my 3rd day of taking them and am feeling quite relieved that after taking the capsules for a while , I will see an improvement to my health and well being. I urge anyone who is suffering with pain and just accepting it like i did to try alternative medicines, these are far better in the long run for yr body than prescription tablets, another thing i like about these capsules is there easy to swallow, try them, I think u will notice a difference like i am. I will be buying more once these run out as i cant stand the taste of the liquid form of BSO, it’s horrible , u need a strong stomach to keep it in!! i shall write another review in a couple of months time when i order more. I was recommended these by my GP as I suffer from severe fatigue. Come early afternoon I would be really lagging and need to nap for 1-2hrs. I’ve never taken black seed oil previously, but I went straight in with the super strength capsules and I’ve just completed my first 7 days. Results so far:
A patch of dry itchy skin on one of my fingers, which has plagued me for years, completely stopped itching.
My eyes, which have been sore, itchy and watery for at least 5 years, have improved to the point where the problem is only 10% of what it was.
My sinuses have cleared, and my ‘frog in the throat’ problem is virtually gone.
My IBS has gone.
Pains in my knee and right foot have lessened.
I feel less lethargic.
Is all of this a coincidence? I don’t think so. I can’t wait to see what the results are in another few weeks, and I’ll definitely be re-ordering.

Does what it says on the tin.
Its probably too early for me to notice any benefits from taking these as I only received them last week. Made the mistake of ordering the super strength ones first instead of working my way upto to the maximum strength tablets.
I would recommend that you work your way to the maximum strength tablets by taking the least strong tablets first for a month, then increase by strength each month.

I’m at the same where everything seems to be going wrong and hurting and I it gets you down some days. So although quite sceptical I thought I’d give these capsules a go. You get to the stage when you’d try anything just to improve things.
For the first few days I didn’t notice anything but now slowly my pain has been decreasing and my sleep is much better. I do feel very much better in myself and I shall continue buying this product. I only wish they sold small taster bottles to try. I don’t really want to buy a whole bottle of the liquid and then find I can’t bear it.

I can’t be without this amazing oil. Love it. Strong taste but if you take it with food you are less likely to have an after taste. Taken together with Omega3 it multiplies the benefits of both oils. I’ve used BSO on and off for a number of years, along with other so-called ‘super foods’. I was introduced to it by someone who’d been taking it since childhood. So, I was familiar with the benefits. Being a vegetarian for almost 30 years, meant that I had often had to avoid certain products because of the gelatin cap. I was used to paying a premium for what would often be THE only veggie option in a line of products. So, I recently decided to re-visit The Black Seed Oil Company to see if they were using veggie caps these days, as I was aware their products were very good, with great reviews. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to see that veggie caps are used across the range here. Wise move – it means everyone can be catered for. It may be cheaper to use gelatin caps, but the product inside is vegan-friendly! But enough of that. The quality of these products are second to none in my opinion. I say so because of the almost immediate effects, from improved clarity of thought, short-term memory, general well being, and better sleep. I love the product. However my concern is oxidisation of the omegas contained. Technology has advanced as oil is extracted in a nitrogen environment and processed in a hard capsule with nitrogen within the capsule to ensure 100% health benefits and minimal oxidation.

Hi All, This company is superb.Their product is superb, and their quality is superb; shipping is superb; and time of arrival is superb.
I was buying my tablets before from China; they were good, but nowhere near this quality. What I found was that the switch from the brand I had been using to this one was night and day. Its a pity there’s no one to talk to, as a human voice does instill confidence. However, saying all that, pay with PayPal, and your protected! Unfortunately I didn’t realise I had to start slow with the original strength so I bought 3 x max strength oil and it was tooooo much, I felt sick and dizzy with first one so I stopped and have just bought original and medium strength so looking forward to detoxing properly now. I’ve been using the Super Strength Black Seed Oil capsules for a few years now and recently ran out. Even though for a short time I noticed that I suffered from severe fatigue, and my acid reflux was back and worse than ever.

I have had been a type 2 diabetic on insulin for about 19 years. I have arthritis in the spin. I always felt tired and had pain in my back down the buttocks into the legs and pain from the arthritis through the body into the intestines. Sitting in an arm chair or sofa was painful. So they said to expect to wait 3 months before seeing results . But it’s only been a few weeks. From feeling fatigued all the time to feeling energised . From feeling down too often my mood is consistently good . used to always bring up phlegm and didn’t even realise my breathing was clogged up because I was so used to it and now my lungs feel really clear taking deep breaths indoors and it feels like taking a breath of fresh air outside . Before taking the product, I had problems with sleep. For half of my life a good night sleep was not possible. Woke up at least every 90 minutes during sleep every night made me tired and got angry very easily.
Thanks to the black seeds capsules I take an hour before sleep, my sleep is now improved.

I have just received my 3rd order from this company and I cannot fault them. The ordering process is simple, they have regular offers and postage is super quick! Both myself and my partner have been taking the high strength capsules and we have felt so much better. We have had better sleep, aches and pains have subsided or gone, we have more energy and also for myself as a Endometriosis sufferer, I have felt the symptoms become almost disappear! Its also hard to find a genuine site for black seed oil like this one and for the capsules small and easy to swallow.
