Please note that we cannot under any circumstances apply changes to Pre-orders – this includes applying any discounts after the order has been placed – please do not ask. If you made a boo-boo, we would advise that you re-order and then arrange a Return for the original order once it arrives (you will have 30 days from the date of despatch to do this). Or if you ordered less than 48hrs ago – use the form below to request cancellation of your order. If more than 48hrs have already passed – it can no longer be cancelled. Cancellations apply to Pre-orders only.
