We understand that stress-free online shopping requires a simple & free returns process – and we offer just that!
Simply return the item(s) to us within this 30 days of your order date and we will process a refund within 1-3 working days. All we ask is that returned items are in an unused condition, remain in their sealed packaging, and are fit for resale.
Should your return reason fall into one of the following categories, we will of course issue a pre-paid returns label for you to use:
- Order didn’t arrive in time (*Providing Guaranteed Next Day Delivery was selected during checkout).
- Faulty/ Damaged upon delivery (*Must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt of your order).
Return shipping costs will become the responsibility of the buyer under the following (but not limited to) conditions:
- Ordered in error
- Changed mind
- Ordered the wrong quantity
- Ordered the wrong strength
We in this case urge you to ensure a suitable delivery service (such as tracked or Signed For) is used to return the item(s) to us as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit.
Whatever the reason for your return however – rest assured that we promise to make the returns process as simple and convenient as possible for you.
Important: In all circumstances, please note that we are unable to accept returns without an RMA number – therefore please Contact Us to obtain one prior to returning an item to us at the address below.
