Directions for use
We suggest taking 1 capsule daily, preferably with or after food. After 7 days you may increase the dosage to 2 capsules daily for a further 7 days. I am speechless with these. 17 months post spine surgery everything went as well as it could then covid unsettled my body. I bought these and a bottle of oil thinking the taste would be unbearable but actually it’s not too bad. I think it’s more the ‘oil’ consistency that’s the problem more than the taste. I’ll finish taking these capsules but will be sticking to the oil after that because it seems to work quicker.
