WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
We ship to most destinations around the world. Due to the additional time required to generate Customs documentation, we aim to despatch international orders within 1-2 business days. All orders are sent on a fully-tracked service from the UK. Estimated delivery times & shipping rates can be found below.
⚠️ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO
We do not mark-up shipping — the rates provided are purely to cover how much it costs us. International shipping rates remain extremely volatile, and therefore remain subject to change at any time.
CUSTOMS DUTY, TAXES & FEES
For all destinations except the USA, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Any import duty, taxes or clearance fees charged in your destination country are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. You must pay any charges requested by customs or the delivery carrier before your parcel can be released.
If your parcel is returned to us because customs requirements or payment requests were not completed, we will refund your order within 10 business days of receiving it back, less the original shipping cost and a £4.95 processing fee.
USA orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). See Zone 2 below for details of the duties and processing fee collected at checkout.

From 29th Aug 2025, imports to the USA are subject to Tariffs imposed by the US government. We now ship using Royal Mail’s DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service to help speed up processing of your goods at US Customs. This also helps keep your costs fully transparent. We’ll calculate & collect any required Customs Duties from you at Checkout, and then pay that amount to US Customs on your behalf. Currently the Tariff rate on importing UK goods to the US is 10%. We also charge a processing fee of £3 per order to cover our costs (considerably less than most Shipping companies charge!). There will be nothing more for you to pay once your order reaches the US — so the price you see at Checkout is the total price you will pay.
