Directions for use
We suggest taking 1 capsule daily, preferably with or after food. After 7 days you may increase the dosage to 2 capsules daily for a further 7 days. After the 14 day introduction period you can either up the dosage to 2 capsules twice daily, or you can move over to our Super-Strength Black Seed Oil Capsules.
Warnings

Fast delivery. These are small capsules & you do get a slight taste as you take them. Vegan friendly capsules. unlike the liquid form there are no after affects with this capsule , such as reflux etc

I bought these and a bottle of oil thinking the taste would be unbearable but actually it’s not too bad. I think it’s more the ‘oil’ consistency that’s the problem more than the taste. I’ll finish taking these capsules but will be sticking to the oil after that because it seems to work quicker. This is really good stuff by the way not cheap rubbish like most sellers have and claim to be ‘strong’ !

I am speechless with these. 17 months post spine surgery everything went as well as it could then covid unsettled my body.
