Ingredients

Directions for use
We suggest taking 1-2tsp daily, preferably with or after food. After 30 days you may increase the dosage to 1tsp twice daily. After four weeks you may again increase the dosage if desired. We do not recommend exceeding 6tsp in any 24hr period.

Its still early days of taking it orally for me to a little early to say too much but I’ve been using it topically on my hands because I suffer from eczema. I started taking the oil recently, and feel that it is doing a great job on my general well being. Aches and pains have eased and I have more energy. My son has started taking it too, and it has become an essential part of our morning routine, one teaspoon on an empty stomach, we will increase this to two tsp’s per day soon. Normally buy both the capsules and the oil,I take the capsules and use the oil for skin treatment rub it in daily on arm’s and legs ,helps with dry skin and my occasional flare up of eczema

I have tried a few different brands of black seed oil and the original strength of this brand is quite potent (i have to swig a glass of juice after) with a slight spicy/peppery taste.
I have only been taking for about a week but haven’t noticed any adverse reactions. The ease of ordering, despatch and delivering from this company is outstanding though. Would definitely order from them again

I never leave reviews for anything but for this, I had to. I was suffering from chest discomfort, brain fog and fatigue (probably stress related or c*v*d who knows) and doctors kept pinning it down to anxiety but I knew something was wrong with me. After using this product for only a few days, I have noticed the pain in my elbow (Bursitis) has eased !
I take BSO half a teaspoon in the morning before my morning coffee, the coffee takes the taste of the BSO away…I have recommended this product to my friend who also has painful knee pain…I think I will be using BSO for a long time.

The website is beautifully designed and ergonomic, the delivery and service excellent. I started with the capsules but have now graduated to the original oil which I find easier to take than expected. I keep the 250ml bottle in the fridge for everyday use, and use it for topping up the 100ml bottle for travelling.

Having read for a number of years about this much respected in Ayurvedic healthcare practice I thought it was time I tried it. Black Seed Oil is reputed to cure everything except for death, I don’t know about that but I can certainly feel its medicinal qualities as soon as I take it. Currently still on one teaspoon a day but quite happy to progress to two or three, I adjusted to the taste very quickly and it has now become part of my herbal protocol. After reading lots about the benefits of black seed oil I was keen to give it a go. I have only been using it for over a week and I’m already seeing improvement in my skin where I’ve been using it externally on my eczema. It’s too early to tell if I feel any benefit from also taking it orally but feel hopeful of results after seeing what it has already done.
One thing I must say is the taste really is something that is hard to get used to, think I may get the capsules next time.

Bought to apply topically to Keto rash. Helped with the itching immediately and rash is fading quickly. After reading up on all the additional health benefits I have started taking a tea spoon per day. Has helped with my slow digestive process! Too early for other results I think. I really do not like the taste and have to drink with something else to get it down. It also repeats on me for hours. Will play about with the timing of my dose to try and combat this. Not bad enough to stop me taking it for all the health benefits!

I’m following the FLCCC alliance protocol for long C***d (US doctors) which includes black seed oil when you cannot source iv******in. I’m not usually one to write reviews but I started on this Black Cumin Seed oil more than 2 years ago and noticed a difference in myself within just 2 days of taking it. No more getting up in the night to use the toilet. No more feeling tired in the day. A much better and deeper nights sleep. And my hip pain which I suffered with for years was gone!
I have now moved on through the strengths, taking 2 teaspoons of the SUPER STRENGTH oil every day and I feel like a completely different person.
