Directions for use

I have been using the black seed oil for many months now and worked my way up to the super strength slowly. I now take two teaspoons of the super strength every day and I absolutely love how my general well-being is much improved. I have not had hay fever or any ‘colds’ or illness for months. I’m sure my hair is thicker and stronger but I’ve also changed to organic powder hair cleansing and all my food is organic too. I take with a little organic honey as I find the taste very strong, but with the honey it’s fine.
I do notice that I drink more water and look after myself better.

I’ve been taking blackseed for years and have tried a few. I purchased the strong version which is good quality but the potency was similar to what I had been taking. I purchased the super strength and this is now my favourite. Great quality and I love the potentcy! I do believe you can’t take this product and expect it to work straight away. Build up and be consistent but also be happy. Stress is the world’s biggest killer and stress poisons your cells. Blackseed can clean your cells! Incredible! But don’t keep poisoning them with your thoughts alone and work with the blackseed oil. This is such a gift for our whole body 🙏

I was somewhat sceptical when I first was told about black seed oil, but with the BSO super strength it has reduced the back & neck pain I had been suffering from for many years to negligible levels. Very strong oil and it really helps with bloating. I felt better the first day that I tried it and that’s after having taken another brand of oil for nearly 6 months (on double the dose!) which offered only a slight improvement to my bloating problems.

I have been reading scientific articles on the benefits of black seed oil and had been using some oil bought on the high street but was not convinced there was any benefit. I was recommended the Black Seed Oil Co ( super strength black seed oil) and I would say that it has exceeded my expectations. As described. Strong. Taste is manageable – just remember the product is for your health and wellbeing, you are not buying it for the taste. We decided to buy it for the active ingredient thymoquinone, as my partner was recently diagnosed with colon c****r, and we carried out read university-led research on thymoquinone which seems to indicate that it may help in fighting c****r.
