Please note: this is a 100% Natural Food Supplement, but to ensure you get the most out of our products we recommend following this dosage suggestion:
- Take 1 Original Black Seed Oil Capsule daily for 6 days, and then 1 Capsule twice daily until the packet is empty.
- Take Strong Black Seed Oil Capsule daily for 6 days, and then 1 Capsule twice daily until the packet is empty.
- Finally, progress to the Super-Strength Capsules (again taking 1 Capsule daily for 7 days, and then 1 Capsule twice daily until the packet is empty.
- You can then increase or decrease the dosage as you see fit, but for most people 2 Super-Strength Capsules will be sufficient when taken as an everyday food supplement.

Early days only been talking the low strength ones a week first 3 day low back p*in and shoulder eased to next to non them slowly it came back just upped it to 2 aday like instructions said but my have up the strength to strong see if that last longer only trying these to see if these help till i can get sorted out as N#S are dragging the heals
