Please note: this is a 100% Natural Food Supplement, but to ensure you get the most out of our products we recommend following this dosage suggestion:
- Take 1 Original Black Seed Oil Capsule daily for 6 days, and then 1 Capsule twice daily until the packet is empty.
- Take Strong Black Seed Oil Capsule daily for 6 days, and then 1 Capsule twice daily until the packet is empty.
- Finally, progress to the Super-Strength Capsules (again taking 1 Capsule daily for 7 days, and then 1 Capsule twice daily until the packet is empty.
- You can then increase or decrease the dosage as you see fit, but for most people 2 Super-Strength Capsules will be sufficient when taken as an everyday food supplement.

I purchased these a few weeks back, on a Friday. They were delivered to me on the Saturday (less than 24hrs after ordering) which I thought was amazing given I am in the highlands.
I started them right away and have already seen noticeable improvements with my knees which I’ve been suffering with for years. My husband also said that my snoring has stopped. I urge anyone to at least give these a try.

I started taking this because I wanted to come of my blood pr*ss*re t*blets, I’ve started taking the original strength capsules and after approximately a week I have just started to come of my t*blets (taking one a day instead of two,)(now I’m taking one every other day) in two weeks I will not take any, I haven’t noticed any sweating or panda eyes as a result so fingers crossed I can use these instead of t*blets

I got a really good deal on this starter pack of black seed oil capsules and I’ve just finished the super strength ones so ordered a bulk purchase of the super strength oil (capsules now out of stock). Thankfully the taste is quite manageable and it seems to get better each time I take it. Difference to my every day health since taking this oil is night and day. Started with the Original capsules, then worked myself up to super strength. I started feeling achy and sore around the hip area. Started doing exercise to relieve the pain but didn’t work. I decided to stop taking the black seed oil capsules and my achy sore hips disappeared within a few days.

I ordered a year’s supply and have just started taking the original strength capsules. I’ll be working my way up to super strength. I have only started taking these for 1 week. I am sure the benefits to my body will improve over time. Very good quality. The resealable foil packaging is very sharp on the corners, so be careful. Other than that excellent service.

I’ve taken these for just over a week now. So far so good. Feel energetic. No issues taking them. No after taste, easy to swallow. Great delivery. Also tried the oil on scalp but too early to comment. No side effects though. Will probably buy again!

I’ve been researching black seed oil for a while, I had tried some previously and either I didn’t feel any difference or the product tasted horrible.
I found this company and like the fact they offered the trial package to gradually take you through the strengths instead of trying to get you to bulk buy. Also offering the capsules and drops caters for everyone’s preference.
The value is fantastic and I have felt more energy the past few days but having only been on this type for a week it will take time to feel the other benefits.
