Directions for use
We suggest taking 1 capsule daily, preferably with or after food. After 7 days you may increase the dosage to 2 capsules daily for a further 7 days. After the 14 day introduction period you can up the dosage to 2 capsules twice daily. For most people this dosage this will be more than sufficient, however you can increase the dosage further should you feel the need to.

To be honest, my love is the black seed oil. But if its taste doesn’t fancy you, capsules will be a better choice. Also it’s a good option for me when travelling. If you want to boost your immunity and to feel more energy better choose the black seed capsules or oil, instead of taking artificial vitamins. Highly recommend!

Firstly I’m in no way connected to this company as I’m very sceptical of review a myself.
I’ve been using the black seed oil strong capsules for over 6 months now.
I had a pain in my side for years like a bad stitch when working or walking the hospital did so many tests and couldn’t find out what was causing it, I also had wrist pain ( I dig holes for a living putting fences up ) I had severe pain in my knee to the point that I was worrying I would need a new knee.
But after taking these capsules all my aches and pains have vanished it took some time it doesn’t happen over night but for me they work wonders
I would highly recommend trying them

Hi , I sometimes struggle with breathing due to COPD and blackseed oil capsules have been a fantastic find.
They really help take that tightness away from my chest and improve my breathing capacity.. Cue about two months ago, when a muslim acquaintance of mine brought my attention to what his prophet Mohammed called “Black Gold” or Black Seed Oil. I thought okay, it can’t hurt to try. Fast forward, hay fever gone in an instance. No longer a reliance on synthetic antihistamine which in all honesty was working less and less, instead I now have a natural alternative. I could not be more pleased and no longer go without it!

Although I keep myself healthy, I wanted to add that something extra, especially under the current pandemic. I have started on the original and work through the second and third strength as recommended. Having taken for a few days, my morning aches, especially in my neck have certainly improved and I am putting this down to my improved sleep since starting these capsules. I have used black seed oil for a number of years now and, I have to say that the quality of the oil from the Black Seed Oil Company is far superior than any I have purchased before. I have been taking the oil from this company for 2-3 months and can really tell the difference. It may be a little more expensive but you do get what you pay for. If you need to take this oil I would highly recommend that you buy it from this company

For quiet sometime I’ve encouraged my parents to eat black seeds, but the flavour wasn’t the most appetising and i struggled to get them to eat it everyday. I only received them 2 days ago and have been taking 2 a day, I must admit I couldn’t sleep at 1st as i kept getting pains in my stomach so I reduced it to 1 a day, im alot better and have noticed i am alert more, im normally very tired so that’s changed too, as its early days yet , I do wonder if it will help with my arthritis in my knees as i hate taking [prescribed drug name removed by Admin], a strong [prescribed drug name removed by Admin] that I rely on , I reduced my intake and took the black seed oil as a supplement, my body didnt agree as it was as thgh my body was going in a cold turkey phase! this is my 3rd day of taking them and am feeling quite relieved that after taking the capsules for a while , I will see an improvement to my health and well being. I urge anyone who is suffering with pain and just accepting it like i did to try alternative medicines, these are far better in the long run for yr body than prescription tablets, another thing i like about these capsules is there easy to swallow, try them, I think u will notice a difference like i am. I will be buying more once these run out as i cant stand the taste of the liquid form of BSO, it’s horrible , u need a strong stomach to keep it in!! i shall write another review in a couple of months time when i order more.
