Ensure you click the apply coupon button once you have entered your code. Once the code has successfully been applied, your basket total will be reduced in-line with the terms of the offer.
This depends on your basket total (excluding shipping). If your basket total is under £60, you can use the 10% OFF discount code. If your basket total is over £60 you can use the 20% OFF discount code. If your basket total is over £100, you can use the 30% discount code. Technically, the 10% OFF code can be applied to ANY order. The 20% OFF code can ONLY be applied to orders with a minimum total (ex shipping) of £60. The 30% OFF code can ONLY be applied to orders with a minimum total (ex shipping) of £100. It remains your responsibility to ensure you apply the correct code before completing Checkout.
If the discount code is not added prior to completing Checkout, you will not qualify for this offer.
If you made a mistake and applied the wrong code, you would need to place a new order ensuring the correct code is applied. If you’ve not yet received despatch confirmation via email, you could also submit a support request ASAP, and we’ll do our best to cancel your original order.
