HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICEPlease note we are closed for the Christmas & New Year holidays from 5pm on Thurs 19th Dec. Orders placed after this time will be shipped once we re-open on Mon 6th Jan via the shipping service that you select during Checkout. If you submit a support request during the holidays, we aim to respond within 7 business days upon our return starting Mon 6th January. Thanks for your understanding and Happy Holidays.

UPDATE SUN 5TH JAN, 5PM: A notice similar to the one above was displayed across the very top of ALL PAGES on our website from 5:01pm on Thurs 19th Dec right through until 5:01pm on Fri 3rd Jan, advising of our holiday closure. A further notice was displayed to all customers during Checkout. A notice was added to our Shipping page and also to our customer support page. In addition, we sent out several emails throughout December advising of the upcoming holiday closure. A similar notice was also added to all order confirmation emails sent during the closure period.

If you’ve raised a support request asking for your order to be cancelled (prior to 5pm on Sun 5th Jan), your order will be cancelled and refunded shortly (if not already). Please note that it is no longer possible to cancel orders placed, since normal service has now resumed as of this evening and our processes are automated.

Last but not least, we kindly ask that if you are contacting us in regards to an order placed over the holidays, no matter how frustrated you may be, please refrain from using foul or abusive language. We have zero tolerance for such behaviour and such messages will not receive a response.

As a family-run business, we take one holiday per year, are fully transparent about it, and most certainly will not apologise for doing so. It is a great shame that from thousands of customers, a select few have to act in a way that’s called for us to publish such an update publicly, especially given the hard work that goes on behind the scenes throughout the rest of the year making sure we despatch orders same day Mon-Fri right up until 5pm.

Due to Monday 23rd May being a Public Holiday, orders placed after 5pm on Friday 24th May will be despatched when we re-open on Tuesday 28th May.
