Directions for use

Don’t get me wrong the taste is not for the fainthearted, but if you can get past that I promise you will not regret it. I’ve gotten used to the taste after some 6ish months but my wife has since started taking the Capsules instead which are almost taste-free. The reason I’ve not switched to the capsules is because I’m mostly taking the oil to help with severe acid reflux. Initially I seen no noticeable difference – in fact I felt that it was making it worse (due to the spicy, burning-like sensation in the throat). But having spoken to Thomas in customer service he urged me to continue for another week or two, which I reluctantly did. I’m not 8+ months in with taking the oil alone, 1tsp twice daily after food, I’ve not had ANY acid Reflux issues at all. Given this is something I’ve suffered with for over 11 years I can only but recommend this product to others.

Thanks for giving me my life back! – seriously I had already tried many products with tens of thousands of positive reviews to beat the onset of arthritis/hip p*in, but this was the only product that has kept the pain under control, for a year now. I started on the lowest strength and stayed on one teaspoon of that for a month because when I moved up to two teaspoons initially after 14 days I felt light headed….. anyways this worked perfectly for my body and I’ve now worked to the highest strength and have been taking that after breakfast for several months. my hair is stronger, my skin and energy are lifted and my body feels stronger. I’m also now on organic foods only and I also notice my yearly hayfever is diminished and I’m not getting “coughs and colds” while others around me are.

Ive been using the Strong version of this oil for a while now and decided to go up a strength. Now using the super strength and have found both these oils to be great quality and smell. Ive felt a difference in using both these oils for my lower back and thumb as I’ve had repetitive strain injury. My thumb has been quite swollen at the knuckle and after using the super strength I’ve felt swelling go down a lot and the pain and discomfort has eased significantly. Having read so much about black seed oil on the internet and using a quote from your own site that “Black Seed for indeed it is a cure for all disease except death.” I decided to try it out on my receding gums by adding a few drops onto my toothbrush along with a sprinkling of sea salt after brushing them with a dry mix of neem powder. I started taking the original black seed oil 4 months ago and within days I could notice a difference in my energy levels. After a month of taking this I replaced it with the strong oil and although the taste took some getting used to it was clear that it was having an even greater impact. A month later I swapped over to the super strength oil and honestly, I have never felt so good within myself. Not only do I have bags of energy and sleep like a log, but I have suffered with bad knees since I was in my 20’s (I am now in my 40’s!). I’ve gone from struggling with everyday tasks to being able to do those daily tasks without the pain occurring.
I was hoping that this oil would help relieve some of the pain that I’ve endured for years having read so much about how it’s helped people but never in a million years did I expect the pain in my knees to be gone completely. i have been taking blackseed oil for many years, but recently discovered this extra strong oil from the black seed oil co. whilst its taste is more pungent (and a little more expensive) than my usual brand, i am more than happy to continue using this oil because i am seeing much better results from it. i mostly take the oil for my arthritis and also to help boost my immune system, but i have also tried this oil on my hands (which suffer from really bad eczema) and within literally 2 days the eczema had disappeared. the previous brand of black seed oil i were using would help the eczema somewhat, but this extra strong oil seems to clear it completely. i can’t recommend this product enough and i for sure, will continue to be a customer.

This is the best black cumin seed oil I have tried so far. I have tried several brands and some more expensive ones, too and this is by far of superior quality and bottling. I refer to the extra strong one. So, the actual product is outstanding.
I strongly recommend this oil, especially to people who have breathing issues, as this is where it has been most noticeable.

I have only say been using it for a week once a day preferably on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I can tell you I’m a new man, words can’t describe the connection I now feel to life, and how sharp I’m beginning to feel, my depression is diminished. And that’s only a week without a proper diet. Think how you’d feel when taken properly. Plus it works wonders on the memory. Basically it repairs the those broken cells I would presume lol.

pros: its a Prophetic health product. it gives me energy all day long when I take it in the morning (my work is very physically demanding). helps me sleep at night. I apply it to my skin if I get any flare ups. I like the bottle cap as it pours out very easily.
cons: im not an expert so I can be wrong but I have been using black seed oil for a very long time now, and others that I have used seem to be stronger than this super strength one. im sure the ethiopian one tastes stronger than this one. and one other that I have used. apologies but I have bought this one twice now and the thought is bugging me about the claim, that this is the absolute strongest one out there. would love to hear a reply to this.

Indeed it is a truly strong black oil and whilst initially seemed expensive, when buying in larger quantities it actually works out around the same price as less pungent and low quality black seed oils. There is always a cost vs health debate but a good quality oil like this is worth its weight in gold.

I was rather wary of just how powerful this Black Seed Oil would be. More fool me for not reading the advice offered by this company. Take it from me, if you have never taken Black Seed Oil before this particular oil will make you ill. Within 24hrs I had stomach cramps so I immediately stopped taking it. The following day I reached out to the company and was advised to not consume any more of the oil and to instead start with their Original Oil and then their Strong oil and then finally I would be able to take their extra strong Black Seed Oil. This life-changing advice was given to me roughly 5 months ago. I have since used all three strengths of oil and I am now taking 1tsp of extra strong Black Seed Oil twice a day without issue.
Better still I am sleeping right through the night without needing to get up and pee until morning (I previously had to get up at least 3 times in the night). I am also having much better/ deep sleeps and wake up feeling fresh, and with much more energy throughout the day.
As well as this my dry cough, which I’ve had for almost 3 years and with my GP unable to offer any help, has now gone completely.
This Black Seed Oil is truly life-changing and I cannot thank the Black Seed Company enough not only for this wonderful product but also for their brilliant customer support.

Great for the hair. My matt and thinning hair has been totally revitalised after using for 2 weeks instead of my normal conditioner. Unsure if placebo effect but my hair also seems to be growing more quickly. It’s certainly much thicker than it’s been for the last few years. A+

I was pleasantly surprised by the potency of this black seed oil since many companies claim to produce the strongest black seed oil but this truly is strong. If you don’t like the taste of the oil you should buy a milder oil but if you are looking for a stronger oil that gives better results I highly recommend this one
