TRACKED UPGRADES: We have subsidised the cost of the Standard Tracked, Priority Tracked, and Guaranteed Next Day services. These services are fully-tracked & come with an estimated delivery time window on the day of arrival. You can also re-arrange delivery to a different day if you’re not going to be home (and don’t want your parcel to be left in a safe place). These services also include email/ txt notifications to help keep you updated every step of the way.

FREE no-rush delivery. We’ll despatch your order via a service of our choosing, and get your order to you within 7 working days. Note this is not a tracked service. If you’re not prepared to wait this long, please select one of the tracked services instead.
STANDARD TRACKED — 2-3 BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY AIM (£1.50 OR FREE OVER £16)
Orders shipped via this service are sent Royal Mail Tracked48. We advise opting for this upgrade if you wish to have more control over your delivery. This is a fully-tracked service with a 2-3 working day delivery aim. 98% of Tracked48 parcels will arrive 2-3 working days from despatch, but may take a little longer around peak shopping and holiday periods.
PRIORITY TRACKED — NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY AIM (£2.95 OR FREE OVER £25)
Orders shipped via this service are sent Royal Mail Tracked24. We advise using this service if you wish to have more control over your delivery and also wish for your order to arrive more quickly. This is a fully-tracked service which comes with a next working day delivery aim. 99% of Tracked24 parcels arrive the next working day from despatch. This service is prioritised by the carrier, so around peak shopping & holiday periods, any delays are usually minimal.
GUARANTEED NEXT DAY TRACKED (INCLUDES SATURDAY) – ROYAL MAIL GUARANTEED (£9.95)
This is the only service which guarantees delivery within a specific timeframe.
If you need to guarantee delivery by a specific day, this is the ONLY service which can offer such guarantee. Guaranteed Next Day is available Mon-Fri* only, for delivery Tues-Sat. In the extremely unlikely event that next working day delivery is not attempted, contact us and we’ll refund your postage.** This service is unavailable to some postcodes.*** A valid mobile telephone number must be provided when opting for this service.
CHECK YOUR ADDRESS
We take no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address: addresses are printed to shipping labels exactly as provided by you during Checkout. Therefore it remains your responsibility to ensure your address is correct.
💡 Just placed an order & spotted a mistake with your shipping address?
Follow the instructions in your Order Confirmation Email as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
If you provide a wrong address, which results in your order being delivered to an incorrect location, it remains your responsibility to rectify the matter directly with the carrier. We cannot resolve this for you.
If you provide an incorrect address which results in a ‘Return to Sender’, your order will be refunded within 10 business days of us receiving the parcel back. In this instance, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Nobody likes delays, least of all us.
Which is why we work hard to ensure all orders are despatched on time.
Once a shipment enters the delivery network however, it’s beyond our control.
Delays do sometimes occur.

Around busy shopping periods such as Black Friday & Cyber Week, Christmas & New Year, and around UK Public Holidays, these services are of course still subject to delays. *Next working day is deemed the next working day from despatch, not from the day of which you place the order. Public Holidays, Strike action, extreme weather conditions, closures or unforeseen circumstances beyond our (or our carriers) control will not count as working days. We would advise checking the carriers website for the latest service information prior to purchasing this service. *We adhere to the UK public holiday calendar. Please allow a few days extra for delivery during and around public holidays & busy shopping periods (such as Easter, Christmas, New Year, Black Friday week, Cyber Monday week, etc). *On occasion there may be delays beyond our control and so this remains subject to any updates being published at the top of this page. likewise if we’re able to despatch beyond 5pm on any given day, a notice will appear at the top of this page advising of that days cut-off time. Back-ordered and Pre-ordered products are excluded from same-day despatch – these will be despatched on the date provided to you at checkout or in terms which will be displayed publicly on our website at the time of ordering. Any references to 24hr Delivery/ Next Working Day Delivery/ Tracked24/ Tracked48/ Guaranteed Next Day throughout our website, apply to UK customers only. Whilst most of the time orders which are shipped on a Next Working Day service will arrive within that time-frame, delays can occasionally occur and this is beyond our control — hence such services comes with a delivery aim, not a guarantee.
