  • All UK orders ship FREE via our Economy service.
  • Both FREE & Paid Shipping upgrades are available (see below).
  • UK orders over £25 will be shipped via our priority service (next working day).
  • International shipping is available from just £7.99.
  • Orders placed before 5PM Mon-Fri are despatched same-day*.
  • All orders are despatched from our UK warehouse.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

*We adhere to the UK public holiday calendar. Please allow a few days extra for delivery during and around public holidays & busy shopping periods (such as Easter, Christmas, New Year, Black Friday week, Cyber Monday week, etc). *On occasion there may be delays beyond our control and so this remains subject to any updates being published at the top of this page. likewise if we’re able to despatch beyond 5pm on any given day, a notice will appear at the top of this page advising of that days cut-off time. *Back-ordered and Pre-ordered products are of course excluded from same-day despatch – these will be despatched on the date provided to you at checkout or in terms which will be displayed publicly on our website at the time of ordering. *International orders may require an additional 1-2 working days for despatch, since we have to manually generate customs documentation & arrange carrier collections.

If you require an order urgently, be sure to select a suitable shipping service during checkout.

ECONOMY – ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS (FREE)
Orders under £16 are shipped via this service unless you choose to upgrade. This is not a tracked service. Most orders will arrive within 2-5 working days, however Royal Mail will only deem parcels shipped via this service to be ‘delayed’ until 10 working days have passed. Therefore if you are not prepared to wait up to 10 working days (from despatch), please select one of the tracked services instead.

FREE & PAID SHIPPING UPGRADES
We have subsidised the cost of the Standard Tracked, Priority Tracked, and Guaranteed Next Day upgrades.
Some are FREE when you spend over a certain amount.

The following services are all fully-tracked and come with an estimated delivery time-window on the day of arrival. They also allow you to re-arrange delivery to a different day, or to re-direct your parcel to a Post Office if you’re not going to be home and do not wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place. Email & txt notifications are included.

STANDARD TRACKED – ROYAL MAIL TRACKED48 (£1.50 OR FREE OVER £16)
We advise opting for this upgrade if you wish to have more control over your delivery. This is a fully-tracked service with a 2-3 working day delivery aim. 98.5% of Tracked48 parcels arrive within 2-3 working days, however this service may occasionally take a few days longer – particularly around peak shopping or holiday periods.

PRIORITY TRACKED – ROYAL MAIL TRACKED24 (£2.95 OR FREE OVER £25)
We advise using this service if you wish to have more control over your delivery and also wish for your order to arrive more quickly. This is a fully-tracked service with a next working day delivery aim. 99.8% of Tracked24 parcels arrive next working day. This service is prioritised by the carrier and so if there are any delays around peak shopping periods or holidays, they should be kept to a minimum.

GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY TRACKED (NOW INCLUDES SATURDAY) – ROYAL MAIL GUARANTEED (£7.95)
This paid upgrade is the only service which guarantees delivery within a specific timeframe.
Orders sent via this service will have delivery attempted the next working day from despatch*.
We advise taking advantage of this service if you need to guarantee delivery by a specific date. This service is available Mon-Fri* only, for deliveries Tues-Sat*. In the extremely unlikely event that next working day delivery is not attempted, contact us and we will refund your postage cost in full.**

Exceptions – Bulk Orders over 15KG
Larger orders weighing over 15KG may be despatched using a courier service such as UPS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX or DPD.
No further payment will be required should we need to ship your order via a courier – but this may result in a 1-2 working day delay in regards to the despatch of your order, since we need to arrange collection by the carrier. If we need to ship your order via one of these alternative courier services we will be sure to notify you.

Note: Around busy shopping periods such as Black Friday & Cyber Week, Christmas & New Year, and around UK Public Holidays, these services are of course still subject to delays.
*Next working day is deemed the next working day from despatch, not from the day of which you place the order. Public Holidays, Strike action by carriers, extreme weather conditions, closures or unforeseen circumstances beyond our or our carriers control will not count as working days. We would advise checking the carriers website for the latest service information prior to purchasing this service.

International orders are fully trackable and usually take between 2-10 working days to reach their destination, dependant on where in the world you are.

We now have low-cost shipping rates available for parcels weighing under 2KG, regardless of location.
Rates for parcels weighing more than 2KG vary, dependant on location & weight:

International Shipping – Customs Warnings

  • *Due to country restrictions, Nigella Sativa Seeds and Powder cannot be shipped outside of the UK.
  • Whilst some of our products are zero rated for Tax in the UK, this may differ in your country. Customs documentation is provided with all international shipments.
  • Customs Duty, Local Taxes and/or Fees may be applied locally upon entry to your country. If so, those charges must be paid to your local authorities before they will release your shipment to you. Any such charges or fees applied by local authorities remains your own responsibility.
  • International shipments returned to us due to not being tended to at Customs or with the Shipping Carrier, thus resulting in a ‘Return to Sender’ will be refunded within 10 business days of us receiving the parcel back, minus a £4.95 processing fee. Shipping charges are also non-refundable.

NOTE: SHIPPING TO THE UAE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CARRIERS NOW REQUIRE BOTH A PO BOX NUMBER AND ALSO A MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR ALL SHIPMENTS GOING TO THE UAE. A PO BOX NUMBER IS DIFFERENT FROM A POSTAL CODE. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS DATA WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELLED, SINCE THE CARRIER WOULD NOT ACCEPT YOUR PARCEL. APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

NOTE: WE HAVE SUSPENDED SHIPPING TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.
Unfortunately Irish Customs seem to have a habit of rejecting packages for no reason. This leads to frustration for customers, and also financial losses for both customers and ourselves (shipment costs are not refunded by the carrier). We have therefore made the decision to withdraw shipping to this destination for the time being. We will continue to try and reach a resolution with Irish authorities, along with the backing of our carriers. Meanwhile, we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause to our close neighbours.

NOTE: WE HAVE SUSPENDED SHIPPING TO SPAIN.
Unfortunately we’ve been seeing a 60% return rate on parcels sent to Spain, most of which are due to customers not tending to their packages at Customs.
If a parcel is not tended to at Customs (Eg. the receiver does not pay any Duty/Taxes that may be owing to local authorities), your parcel will not be delivered, and instead it will be returned to sender.
These returned shipments have put huge pressure on our customer service team over the last year or so, and given the small team that we are, unfortunately we can no longer dedicate the resources needed to continue shipping to this location.
We have therefore made the decision to stop shipping to Spain for the foreseeable future.


⚠️ CHECK. YOUR. ADDRESS.

We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Delivery addresses are printed to shipping labels exactly as provided by you during Checkout (a requirement of our payment processor), so please ensure your address is full & correct.

If you provide the wrong address resulting in delivery to the wrong location, it remains your responsibility to rectify this directly with the carrier and/or the receiver. We cannot resolve this for you.

If you provide an incorrect address resulting in a ‘Return to Sender’, the order will be automatically refunded within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel back. Please note, in this instance, any shipping charges (upgrades / international shipping costs) are non refundable.

Nobody likes delays, least of all us. Whilst we do our best to ensure all orders are despatched on time; once a shipment enters the delivery network it is beyond our control.

Whilst most of the time orders shipped on a Next Working Day service will arrive within that time-frame, delays can occasionally occur and this is beyond our control. Hence such services comes with a delivery aim, not a guarantee. If you need an order to arrive by a specified date – you must pay to upgrade to Guaranteed Next Day.

Please note that in the event of carrier strikes, closures or any other situation preventing us from despatching orders, or causing the delay of deliveries — we reserve the right to ship orders via an alternative carrier from the one advertised.
