Returns

Should you wish to return any products to us for a refund or replacement you may do so providing it is inline with our Returns Policy. Whilst we aim to make our Returns process as simple & convenient as possible; to avoid abuse of our system we do have a process which must be followed. Please read carefully as this policy is subject to change.


You may Return item(s) to us within 30 days of your order date (UK) or 40 days (International).
We aim to process Returns within 7 business days from receipt .

Whatever the reason for your return – we promise to make the returns process as simple and fair as possible.

All we ask is that returned items are in an unused condition, remain in their sealed packaging, are not damaged, and are fit for resale.

Should your return reason fall into one of the following categories, we can issue you with a pre-paid returns label to use:

  • Order didn’t arrive in time (*Providing a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service was selected during checkout)
  • Faulty/Damaged upon delivery (*Must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt of your order. You must not dispose of goods or packaging unless we authorise you to do so
  • Incorrect/ Missing item(s). Do not dispose of goods or packaging

Return shipping costs will become the responsibility of the buyer under the following (but not limited to) conditions:

  • Ordered in error
  • Changed mind
  • Ordered the wrong product, quantity, or strength

We in this case urge you to ensure a suitable delivery service (such as Tracked and/or Signed For) is used to return the item(s) to us, since the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them back. We accept no responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged in transit.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before returning any goods to us, you must first submit a returns request via our Customer Support page. Please be sure to select the Arrange a return option to ensure a prompt response.

For hygiene reasons you must not return any goods to us which have been opened, unless we explicitly ask you to. In the event of this we will provide a different address for such returns.

Any unsealed goods returned to us without our prior approval will result in the entire package being destroyed without notice, and no refund will be issued.
