WE’RE MAKING SOME CHANGES FROM 20TH FEB
Dear Customers,
Back in August last year we increased the price of our Original and Strong oils. We opted against increasing the price of our Super-Strength Oil at the time, mostly because we wanted to measure the impact those initial changes would have against our overall rising cost shortfalls.
It was equally important for us to wait and assess the yield from our latest batch of Super-Strength Oil to ensure we could calculate costings correctly, prior to making further changes.
The truth is — we’re still some way off being where we need to be. There are only so many additional costs that we can absorb ourselves, and it’s become clear that continuing as we are is simply not sustainable for our business.
Production and operational costs have continued to rise — so in order to maintain the same level of quality, and to ensure shipping remains FREE for all UK orders (and hugely subsidised for international customers) — further adjustments are now necessary.
Whilst we appreciate price rises are never welcome, it should be noted that our Super-Strength Oil has only increased by a mere £2 on a 100ml bottle in around 15 years (even less on the larger/better value bottles) — which is far less than the increases we’ve taken on ourselves.
So with this said, the following changes will take effect from Friday 20th February 2026:

SUPER-STRENGTH OIL
In this update our Super-Strength Oil is increasing by an average of around 10% across the three bottle sizes — and based on purchasing 2x500ml bottles, our Super-Strength Oil will work out at £130/litre.
But of course as most of our long-term customers will know, we regularly hold promotions such as our ever-popular BUY 2 GET 1 FREE SITEWIDE offer; rewarding loyal customers with huge savings. Based on purchasing 3x500ml bottles on a 3 FOR 2 offer, the new price works out at approximately £86.67/litre.
To put this into perspective, the only other Black Seed Oil that we’ve come across (and we’ve spent a considerable amount on testing over the years!) which comes anywhere close to the strength and quality of our Super-Strength Oil, is around £147/Litre.
Therefore we remain confident that our new Super-Strength pricing still represents fantastic value for an oil of unrivalled quality.
ORIGINAL OIL
This increase is to not only offset rising costs, but it’s also recently came to our attention that we’ve making a substantial loss on every sale of the product — and have been since 2020. Of course we cannot allow this to continue.
The above product pricing updates, together with the following tweaks to our UK shipping options will help to ensure Shipping remains FREE for all UK customers for the foreseeable future:
