📢 UPDATES TO SHIPPING

We’re in the process of updating our Shipping Policy.

A new International Shipping policy was rolled out Thurs 4th Sep, which introduced lower shipping rates globally. Additionally, a new DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service to the USA is now available which will help our US customers avoid delays & unnecessary costs at us Customs.

Changes to our UK shipping policy are now in progress & we aim to complete by Mon 15th Sep.

🇺🇸 USA SHIPPING RESTORED

On 25th August shipping to the US was placed On Hold due to the new tariffs put in place by President Trump. As a result, shipping companies withdrew services to the US temporarily whilst they worked on implementing a new solution.

Placed an order and not yet had a despatch email? Any outstanding orders going to the USA will be despatched on or before Friday 5th September. In the US and thinking of placing a new order? Shipping to the US is now fully restored, but there are some changes to note:

🇺🇸 USA SHIPPING ON HOLD

🇦🇪 UAE: PO BOX NUMBER REQUIRED

Please note that carriers now require both a PO Box number and a mobile telephone number for all shipments going to the UAE. A PO Box number is different from a postal code. Failure to provide this newly required information will result in your order being cancelled, as the carrier will not accept your parcel.

🇮🇪 IRELAND: SHIPPING SUSPENDED

Customs seem to have a habit of rejecting entry of packages to Ireland, without providing a reason. This leads to frustration for customers, and financial loss for ourselves (shipment costs are not refunded by the carrier). We have therefore made the difficult decision to withdraw shipping to Ireland for the time being. We will continue to try and reach a resolution with Irish authorities. Meanwhile we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our close neighbours.

🇪🇸 SPAIN: SHIPPING SUSPENDED

Unfortunately we’ve been seeing a 60% return rate on parcels sent to Spain, most of which are due to customers not tending to their shipments at Customs. If a parcel is not tended to at Customs (Eg. the receiver does not pay any Duty/Taxes that may be owing to local authorities), your parcel will not be delivered, and instead it will be returned to sender. These returned shipments have put huge pressure on our customer service team and given the small team that we are, unfortunately we can no longer dedicate the resources needed to continue shipping to this location. We have therefore made the decision to stop shipping to Spain for the foreseeable future.

🇺🇦🇷🇺🇧🇾 UKRAINE, RUSSIA, BELARUS

Due to the ongoing issues in the region, we have suspended shipping to Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia for the foreseeable future.

We’re currently working on a new batch of Capsules, and we’re trying to try ensure these can be made available for purchase in the coming weeks. We’re currently aiming at week commencing 29th September, but if anything changes we’ll let you know.

💊 CAPSULE STOCK UPDATE
