DOSAGE & STRENGTHS EXPLAINED

When first starting out with Black Seed Oil – although quite rare, it has been known to cause sickness.
From our experience this is due to ridding toxins from the body too quickly – which triggers an immune response.

When this happens your body will look to rid the oil through whichever means necessary. Usually through vomiting.
Our three different strengths allow you to greatly reduce the chances of this happening.

AVOID SICKNESS / RID TOXINS / SUPPORT & STRENGTHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

By starting on our Original strength, the oil will get to work at an undetectable rate and by gradually increasing the strength (& dosage) over a period of time your body will become more accustomed to it.

Plus let’s not forget, everyone is different. What works for you may not work for someone else (and vice versa).
Some people find our Original oil fine for continued use. Others prefer the extra kick of the Strong oil, and yet others find our Super-Strength Oil (or Capsules) to be much more beneficial.

These naturally-occurring oils are easily lost due to poor growing, cultivation, pressing or storage methods commonly used by companies looking to produce a higher yield per batch of seeds that they press.

Nigella Sativa Seeds – mostly used in cooking as a flavouring/spice, whilst of course adding a useful health kick. Nigella seeds are more commonly used in Naan’s and flatbreads, though they can in fact be added to any dish.

Topical application of Black Seed Oil for skin conditions such as Eczema or other skin complaints

Typically speaking we recommend using our Original Oil for topical application; particularly if the skin is already badly damaged. Whilst many customers do use the stronger oils topically without issue, those stronger oils can in some cases cause further irritation. General feedback on our Original oil for topical application is very positive, especially for Psoriasis and Eczema.

Black Seed Oil for Hair?

We have many salons who use (and stock) our oils and we consistently receive high praise, particularly for our Super-Strength Oil. Most salons seem to recommend substituting your everyday hair conditioner for a spoonful of our Super-Strength Oil on every second or third wash. Or alternatively, mix 50ml of Oil in with roughly 450ml of your usual hair conditioner. For best results, gently massage into the hair & scalp and leave for a minimum of 5 minutes before rinsing.
