Pre-Order Information: June 2026

If you’re a regular user of our products or if you plan to make a purchase in the month of June, please read the below information carefully as it contains important details regarding product availability, and an updated ordering/despatch process that is expected to remain in place until the end of June/ early July.

BEGINNING MONDAY 15TH JUNE, BOTTLED OIL & SEEDS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE ON A PRE-ORDER BASIS.

Dear Customers,

We’ve refrained from making this public for as long as possible to help avoid ‘panic buying’, and to try cater for as many of our regular customers as possible. But the truth is, over the last few months demand for our Black Seed Oil has been significantly higher than normal for this time of the year. Something that usually would not cause issue, since we tend to produce batches 2-6 months in advance.

However, global issues affecting international sea freight caused significant delays for our seeds reaching the UK, halting production of our latest batches and significantly disrupting our normal production schedule. We’ve also faced glass bottle supply chain issues, causing further set-backs.

Now for the good news — our seeds arrived several weeks ago, the first of our latest batches have already been pressed, quality testing is complete, and our glass bottles have been delivered. We are now working around the clock to bottle, prepare and package stock ready for sale. We’re also working on an additional batch of our Super-Strength oil to help keep up with demand.

We must stress; there is no shortage of oil. Whilst we understand you won’t want to risk running out of a product you take daily, we’d really appreciate if you could help us by only purchasing the quantity you need for the next 4-6 weeks. To help keep things fair for all, we’ve also restricted product purchases to a maximum of 3 per customer, and we’ll shortly be moving to a Pre-Order system:

Orders placed before 23:59 on Sun 14th June remain unaffected. These orders will be despatched on Mon 15th June.
From 00:01 on Mon 15th June, we’re temporarily moving to PRE-ORDER ONLY. This means we’ll be taking orders in advance, for despatch at a later date. Your despatch date will depend on when you place the order.

Below we’ve provided details of how Pre-Order will work, so you can make an informed decision as to when you should place your next order.

Nothing has changed with the shipping services that we offer — your order will still be shipped using whichever service you select during Checkout. Selecting a faster shipping service will not mean your order is despatched any faster. Any estimated shipping times provided on our website are from the point of despatch, not from the date of when the order is placed. This includes the Guaranteed Next Day option; so even if you upgrade to this service, your guaranteed delivery date will still be the next working day from despatch.

The above applies to UK orders only. We aim to despatch International orders within 1-3 business days of the dates listed above.

Whilst we do not have the resources to reply to every individual message we receive about Pre-Orders, we will however provide answers to some of the commonly-asked questions below. If you have a question, please have a read of the below before submitting a support request.

WHEN DOES PRE-ORDER BEGIN?

From 00:01 on Mon 15th June. If you order before this time, your order will remain unaffected.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER?

Nigella Seeds, Nigella Powder, and Bottled Black Seed Oil (all strengths and bottle sizes).

CAN I PRE-ORDER BLACK SEED OIL CAPSULES?

Capsules remain unavailable at present due to manufacturing difficulties, and are therefore unavailable to order or Pre-Order.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER NOW, WHEN WILL IT BE DESPATCHED?

Your despatch date depends when you place your order. Please see the section above, titled Pre-Order Despatch Information.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE FROM DESPATCH?

This depends on the shipping service that you select during Checkout. Please visit our SHIPPING PAGE for full details. Please note, selecting a faster shipping service does not mean your order will be despatched any sooner.

I PAID OR QUALIFIED FOR FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY – WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Selecting a faster shipping service does not mean your order will be despatched any sooner. From Mon 15th June, all orders are subject to our Pre-order terms.

WHAT IF I PAY FOR GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Your order will still be despatched per the dates shown in the Pre-Order Despatch Information section above. You would therefore have your order delivered on the next working day from despatch.

CAN’T YOU DESPATCH MY ORDER SOONER?

The despatch dates listed above are ‘on or by’ dates. We’re working right around the clock to prepare stock and if we find ourselves in a position to ship some orders sooner, we will.

We try to run this as often as possible, but it largely depends on stock and staffing resources.

I CLICKED A BUY 2 GET 1 FREE LINK IN AN EMAIL — WHY DOESN’T WORK?

Our earlier offer was originally set to end on Wednesday 10th June, however we extended that offer until Sunday 14th June whilst we put the Pre-Order details in place, allowing regular customers to order on a 3 for 2 basis and beat the pre-Order delays. So if you received an email from us on or before Sunday 14th June, it would have taken you to that offer page – which ends at 23:59 on Sunday 14th June.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?

WHY AREN’T CAPSULES AVAILABLE TO PRE-ORDER?

Due to manufacturing issues we do not yet have any update on capsules, other than what we announced here.

IS IT TRUE THAT YOUR CAPSULES HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED?

Untrue. They’re not discontinued — but due to ongoing manufacturing difficulties, we do not yet know when they’re likely to return.

WHY DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE 1-3 DAYS LONGER TO DESPATCH?

We require additional time to prepare international orders for shipment, mostly due to the paperwork required for Customs.

I SUBMITTED A SUPPORT REQUEST BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REPLY – WHY IS THIS?

We’ve been working all through the weekend of Sat 13th-Sun 14th trying to catch up on messages. By Monday 15th we should have replied to any support requests received. If your question was regarding Pre-Orders and we’ve not replied, it’s probably because it’s been asked by many people and we’ve instead answered your question in this FAQ section.
