So far the best black cumin I have tried. I ground seeds myself before but they did not have such a great flavour as these. Very good product, recommend.

I read an article by Michael Greger that said black seed helps with we*ght loss. I got some seeds and ground them but it was a faff + I lost interest. He posted about the benefits again on Instagram and I found this option of ready ground and so far have not missed a day. I add it to my coffee and omelette. The pouch is a lovely copper colour and that is soul food. I use an antique silver teaspoon for measuring so it is quite the morning ritual.
