Directions for use
We suggest taking 1 capsule daily, preferably with or after food. After 7 days you may increase the dosage to 2 capsules daily for a further 7 days. My intuition drew me to both the product and the Company..It was spot on as always. I am feeling results after only three weeks…very impressed.
I chose capsules, as I believed the taste might be unpleasant, I deliberately bit into one capsule, and didn’t find it as awful as expected!! Based on this I intend to order the liquid next time.
I am following the dosage as recommended and will progress to higher strengths if necessary…but sometimes less is more.

I’ve had issues with sleeping, shoulder and hip pain for about 3 years and ALWAYS get a nasty cold, cough and chest infection in April and September. Since I’ve taken these little capsules of magic I don’t have any pain in my shoulder or hip. My sleep is so much better (don’t get me wrong I get the odd restless night) but this year I haven’t had any cold, cough or illness, nothing….not even a sniffle. Now it could be coincidence but I truly believe black seed oil is the reason!

I bought 3 refill packs – one in each strength, to begin my journey with this brand of BSO. I had already been taking another brand for about a week or 2 before I got these, so I did not stay on the Original Strength but a few days before transitioning to Strong. Now what to do with these capsules?
I have a near flawless complexion. However, I began taking a hair and nail supplement. About a week in, queue the break-outs and acne. I decided to pop a capsule and rub the oil into my skin. I mean, what can hurt, right? Let me just say, I woke up the next day and all but the most “mature” bumps were completely gone without a trace! And I mean, no evidence whatsoever that they were even on my face and neck. As for the more mature bumps – they were either significantly reduced in size, or they were flattened with the tiniest of a scab in the middle. Another night application, and they too either vanished or closed to it. Best part, unlike other methods to get rid of bumps, there was no discoloration left behind. I have just simply decided to continue using BSO in my nightly moisturizing routine because it is so good for the skin.
Pros – Original Strength
1. Great for those who have never tried BSO internally. It is gentle
2. Completely and quickly absorbs into the skin. You have to be careful not to rub it too long into your hands before applying to the affected area. In fact, don’t rub it at all before applying where you need it. lol.
3. This stuff really takes out acne, breakouts and other acute skin irritations.
4. Non irritating.
5. One capsule for face application lasts several uses. A little goes a LONG way.
Cons
1. None. If you are already using BSO internally, even if for just a short while, you might be able to get away with the Strong on the lightest dose and build up. Just get the Original strength in the bottle for topical applications.
Just for what I have used this for so far, this oil is worth every penny. I am eager to see how well this works for hyperpigmentation and scaring (discoloration from old (pre-BSO treatment) bumps).
