Directions for use
We suggest taking 1-2tsp daily, preferably with or after food. After 30 days you may increase the dosage to 1tsp twice daily. After four weeks you may again increase the dosage if desired. We do not recommend exceeding 6tsp in any 24hr period.

recommended to me by a friend, I’ve started on the lowest strength as suggested.
the oil is very peppery and a very thick consistency and I add acouple of drops of lemon juice to the teaspoon before I take it. I have felt far more energy and my sleep seems deeper, but I have only been taking the oil for a week so I don’t expect a full remit of effects to be apparent as yet.

There should be a warning about burning throat. Very painful and swollen throat after use. Incredibly painful, needed time off work. You need to wash the oil from your throat as it is acidic and burns the soft Tissues of the throat. Very dangerous.

Firstly I hope this is the correct seed and real sativa black seed and no other. I have been using this Daily internely and topically, I had saver dizzy spells and doctors gave me medication, but was not helping I decided this only because of the beliefs and how powerful it is and respect of this seed, well it been around a week and a half, the dizzy spells reduced, but not what it could be doing to my body, I don’t if this gives off side effects which I’d like to know off,I didn’t get no reaction to the product, but sometimes my legs seems strange, but I’ve had problems with my legs before. I wanted this seed and oil to correct what ever it is going on inside me, so that the pain goes away, so I can get on with my life, I need to use it for a bit longer to see if it did work but I seen result with this seed that I did with my medication which I’ve stopped taking. yes I do feel better taking it I’m only young so I don’t want nothing else going wrong as I trust it’s seed of a highly person which I respect and is the reason for taking this, I had no reaction to 5his product, and it tastes great I have no issues with the taste I actually like the taste. Only thing is I wish you can put each dose for every concern as I have just been going along of my own to know how to use it I feel putting it in food won’t correct that problem and bestbto consume internely on empty stomach followed but a tea water or food. I rubbed the oil on my skin and had no reaction but I need to give that 7days I don’t know how long till I see full results but I did feel a lot better when I first took it.

I was surprised how strong it tasted, considering it is the weakest oil on offer. I’d never tried Black Seed Oil before and put a bit under 1 tsp on my overnight oats (which already have spices and ground nigella sativa seeds added). I could barely eat them, the taste of the oil was so overwhelming. But I wanted to try the oil so persevered and soon I got used to the flavour and found it very nice indeed. As someone who suffers from histamine intolerance I had heard of nigella sativa or black seed oil as an excellent supplement for overall health support. I cautiously tested out the seeds before buying this oil & without any reactions went ahead. So glad I did! Absolutely delighted with this black seed oil. I kept getting a rash on my arm and was advised by a friend to give black seed oil a try. I rubbed a very small amount of this oil on the effected area and left it for around 12hrs. After roughly 4hrs I could see the rash begin to fade, but after 12hrs the rash completely gone. Cannot believe I had never heard of black seed oil in the past. Amazed!

I decided on this brand because it was from the UK and it said it was stronger… It certainly tastes stronger, although it’s lighter in colour. The little pourer is very effective. (No more oily rings on the breakfast bar!) I bought five bottles, so I’m glad that it passes muster, even though it’s a bit more expensive.

I started taking this original black seed oil 4 months ago and within days I could notice a difference in my energy levels. I started as advised with the lowest strength – and boy is it strong! I nearly finished the bottle but have realised that I might have mixed it with honey or (any kind of) milk – or even water I suppose – or even used as a salad dressing or for cooking but obviously wasteful and expensive. I’ve been taking it as a supplement with a spoon. I initially bought it for what I thought was a chest problem but have found out it’s a digestive malady, possibly bacterial infection and ulceration of the stomach, for which it is also apparently very effective. I will certainly be trying the stronger variants.

Having used a different brand previously I expected to need a higher strength this time. I was unsure which one to choose and as there was a 3 for 2 offer on I decided to buy small bottles of all 3.
My hands are so very dry all the time and I saw that original was recommended for skin. I was so surprised with the original strength. The tightness on my hands went immediately after application. I decided to use it on my face too. The vapour must have risen to my eyes as they did start to water straight after. So I now keep it well away from my eyes.
I’m only just starting to take it internally and started with a quarter teaspoon to get used to taste.
If this is the quality of the original. I can only imagine how rich the higher strength ones are. I shall build up slowly.
