Directions for use

Anyone complaining about Black Seed Oil being expensive needs to take a step back and do some calculations. This oil is far superior to any other that I’ve tried and if you buy these bigger bottles the price is at least on par with the cheaper alternatives.
I’ve just bought another 6 bottles at £36.99 each. That’s £74 a litre! I also had a discount code for 15% off so it worked out even cheaper but even without it I considered this a bargain.
I wouldn’t be without this oil now and this is a very small price to pay given how much the oil has improved my life.
It’s not often I write reviews but felt I had to get this off my chest. I’ve been buying from you for years and you’ve always done right by me both in regards to products and customer service.

Absolutely astonished by the transformation this oil has provided. It must has knocked at least 10 years off me. Many supplements are falsely advertised especially black seed oil. I have tried many brands and they either were not what they claimed or the percentage of thymoquinone was too low.

It’s amazing. I built up slowly slowly taking internally but also rubbing and massaging into my painful knee and leg. After about 4 weeks pain has gone and walking restriction gone too. As per the title, the taste really is horrid but it is so so effective!!! Dear whoever it may concern,
I have taken Black Seed oil since 2005 when I was given a bottle by a very good friend. I have tried many different brands, some good, some bad, and some truly awful.
I’ve always found it to help me in various ways and especially now at 71 years of age when I’m not quite the spring chicken that I used to be – from muscle pain to joint pain, Sciatica, and even gaining improvement with my sleep routine. I also haven’t had a bad cold in nearly 20 years!
I have seen a number of brands crop up over the last 10 years and I have also seen many brands start writing that their oil is ‘strong’ or ‘extra strong’ and yet their packaging and oil has not changed.
If you’re looking for a truly strong and genuine Blackseed Oil from a brand that you can trust then you have just found it.
I followed the directions and took the Original oil followed by the Strong and then the Super Strength and even by the time I took the Strong Oil I could notice a difference over the “STRONG” oil that I used to take.

I am already a fan of the Original Strength BSO for skin care (it completely wiped out a biotin related breakout on my face and neck, almost overnight). So this is about the Super Strength BSO. I have always had an itchy scalp. Sometimes there was intense itching and stinging, and a light dusting of small flakes were par for the course. So recently, I started formulating hair and scalp health oils and making my own shampoo. That drastically reduced the hair fall to well within normal limits and eliminated the flakes. But, man, did my head continue to sting in spots and ITCH! It seemed certain oils made it worse. I would wake up during the night digging in my scalp. Small scabs weren’t unusual. But then I decided to add the Super Strength BSO, making it 40% to 50% of my growth oil mix. What a GAME CHANGER! My scalp instantly calmed down. While I still have some mild itching, there are no stinging spots. I have using this strength as a part of my hair care for the past few weeks. I get compliments about how healthy my locs look and shine. I’ve been buying my black seed oil for a number of years and for the past year, from this company. I’ve tried a couple of the less strong versions but if you can handle the taste, this is definitely the best one out there

I have been taking this oil since it became available and before that I took the strong oil. I absolutely believe in this product and I have the evidence to prove why. Before I started taking black seed oil which was around 7 years ago now, I was told my cholesterol was 6.5 and that I would have to take statins . I decided to try the oil and within 3 months my cholesterol crashed to 3.5 and has remained that way. My GP was so amazed that he took the name of the product and where I got it from and said that he would be using it himself from then on. Amazing product and everyone should use it.

Great product. Only started my journey with black seed but I have been overwhelmed with its results. I have been using this for my alopecia on my head and I have seen some amazing results where no ointment/creams have worked. My father suffers from extreme itching due to chemotherapy treatments and this gave him relief. Postage was extremely quick and packaged well. Overall very happy keep up the good work!

This seed oil definitely feels like it’s doing my family members a lot of good. Also, it arrives insanely fast and packaged in an environmentally friendly way. I refuse to buy products in plastic now, it has to be glass.

Good value, great customer service, superb quality, and my last order I received in less than 24hrs ON A SATURDAY!
I have so many open bottles of low quality oil left sitting in a cupboard having tried many different brands with various companies making claims that they cannot back up.

After hearing so many wonderful things about BSO, I decided I needed to embark on a journey with BSO. Thankfully, a few people recommended this company, and having read the reviews, I was well on board with ordering the super strength oil.
After a week of two tea spoons daily, I was experiencing a noticeable mood change. I felt calmer, more relaxed and sleeping really well.
It gets better. I’ve been struggling for 5 months now with discomfort in my lower back, hips and glutes. As a tennis coach, it’s not been easy. Having been on the oil for two weeks now, there’s been a massive shift. Whilst I’m doing other things to help with these issues, I have no doubt this oil is a game changer and already playing a major part in my healing. I’m so grateful to have find this company.
